The hotel offers a very pleasant stay with great backside city views from the standard rooms. The service is friendly and helpful, although some staff members need improvement in guest greetings. The location is convenient with dining options within walking distance. The dining experience, while not exceptional, is satisfactory. Overall, a good value for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, but I encountered some issues with the lighting in the washroom and room. The bedsheet had a tear, and the carpet was extremely stinky and dirty with visible stains. The curtains were dusty, and the shower cubicle seemed neglected. The towels didn't feel fresh either, showing poor laundry standards.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few highlights and drawbacks. The rooms had a wired smell initially, but they were decent and very spacious. The service was friendly but lacked training in some areas, with a special shoutout to Mr Ram for accommodating an early check-in. The location, while nice and up-and-coming, needs improvement in cleanliness and front desk efficiency. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with fresh and delicious food but some issues with service. The facilities were adequate, but improvements could be made.
